Minka is built on a simple belief: when women are supported mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually — they take root. And when they are rooted, they grow, they bloom, and they become catalysts for change. Families grow stronger. Communities grow more connected.
The Minka Community Foundation brings that belief to life through programs, spaces, and resources designed for women and families in Colorado. Minka Consulting takes that same knowledge and helps other organizations do their work better — with equity, community trust, and lasting impact.

Community Foundation
The foundation is committed to collaborating with partners to expand impact, build resilience, and advance sustainable, community-driven solutions grounded in care, connection, and collective well-being. By intentionally integrating its work into existing community efforts and building on the strengths of trusted partners, the foundation amplifies impact, fills gaps, and helps create a more connected and responsive support system.
Through this approach, it creates spaces that support women as leaders, caregivers, and changemakers—supporting their families and communities through initiatives that include conversations on mental health, emotional resilience, physical well-being practices, and opportunities for reflection, purpose, and growth.
Consulting Practice
Minka Consulting works with organizations to design and implement bilingual outreach strategies and culturally grounded programs that effectively reach historically underserved and underrepresented communities. Minka bridges communities, organizations, and opportunities by delivering solutions informed by lived experiences and local knowledge, strengthening community voice and systems of support.
